Carmen, entrepreneur, designer and artist boasts over 20 years of industry expertise. Her specialties encompass fashion, bag, textile, and print design, along with illustration. Throughout her illustrious career, she has diligently pursued innovative projects and unique strategies, effectively communicating them to target audiences. Carmen obtained her Master’s in Design and Communication from the Domus Academy, Milan, in 2001. Her professional journey includes roles as a shoe designer at Camper for two years, followed by a designer position at Salomon Sports in France for one year. After committing a two year period as head of design for a Spanish apparel brand, she transitioned into freelance work in 2006. In 2007, she founded BLAUVENT, an innovative upcycling brand that creates one-of-a-kind bags made from paragliding fabric. Together with the managing of the label, the design studio CARMESINE became the focal point of her professional journey. Today, she passionately guides the path of CARMESINE STUDIOLAB with unwavering dedication.
